Shipping to United States
Most small items will ship for $6.99 to anywhere in the US. Heavier, odd shaped or medium sized items ship for $11.99. Please contact me before placing your order to get an accurate quote for very heavy or large items.
Shipping to Canada
Most small items will ship for $11.99 (USD) to anywhere in Canada. Heavier, odd shaped or medium sized items ship for $18.99 (USD). Please contact me before placing your order to get an accurate quote for very heavy or large items.
Shipping to other Countries
I will ship too many other countries. Please contact me to arrange shipping if you live outside of the US or Canada.
RETURNS
Not happy with your purchase?
I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your non-customized* item, you have 1 week to return it. You will receive a full refund, as long as the item is returned in undamaged, pristine condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
* This return policy does not apply to products that were customized specifically for a customer. Examples of customizations could include, but are not limited to:
- a customer requested product engraving
- requested product dimensions or finish that I would not normally consider
- a requested product that I would not normally make
I will accept the return of customized products solely at my descretion. My decision will be based on my assessment of resale potential of the product.
Warranty
I also warranty my products for 1 year against defects in material or workmanship. The product will either be repaired, or replaced as determined by the nature of the defect. Normal ware and tear is not covered by this warranty. For example, a custom pen ordered with 24K gold finish, under heavy use will show ware in less than a year. This would be considered normal ware. The same pen ordered with a more expensive, and more durable Platinum finish would not be expected to show ware under these same conditions.
WoodWorksbyTim reserves the right to determine the nature of any damage. I all cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping to WoodWorksbyTim. WoodWorksbyTim will pay shipping for repaired or replaced items that are determined to be covered by the warranty.
Repair Services
If you do accidentally damage your item, or after the warranty period has expired, I can attempt to repair it for a nominal charge. Please contact me for an estimate prior to returning your item.
